Learn and practise the building blocks of joinery by creating a 4-joint frame.
Learn the tee lap, dovetail, bridle, and tenon joints. The skills learned in this course give you the knowledge to move forward into furniture making and fine woodworking.

These half day sessions are perfect for introducing young minds and hands to the world of woodworking. They'll learn a range of different hand tools and follow set activities. When they've got the skills and confidence, they'll start creating their own visions.
Suitable for girls aged 8-16

For everyone who completes the beginners course, this session takes the skills you learned and transfers them into real world situations. Use the joints you learned in the first course to build this small stool, completed without screws or nails.
